Grand Masters
The Holden Grand Masters program is considered the most prestigious recognition program for Holden Dealers Whilst vehicle sales results are important, it is the customer care area that Holden demands excellence of performance from its Dealers, and this qualification level must be achieved if the Dealer is to be recognised as a Holden Grand Master. This includes superior results in the purchase and delivery experience and aftersales service. The Holden Dealer is also required to ensure that all Dealership Sales and Aftersales staff are well represented at Holden College professional training programs. Once again in 2008, Doncaster Holden was awarded with the prestigious Grand Master award. We would like to thank our valued customers for their ongoing support and loyalty.
